Terms of Service
Thank you for using Gridwow! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of Gridwow Studio and the services we offer through gridwow.me (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it is not part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.
Who we are
Gridwow is a design studio for creating responsive bento layouts from images, video, and product content. The Services are operated from Spain by Joan Bosch (“Gridwow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Registration and access
You must provide accurate and complete information when you create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must keep your credentials secure. You may not make your account available to others, and you may not use the Services on behalf of another person without authorization.
The Services are not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use online services) to use the Services.
Using our Services
You may access and use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone's rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including circumventing rate limits, usage restrictions, or any security or protective measures.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without our prior written consent.
- Use the Services to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Your content
You may upload images, video, text, and other material to the Services (“Input”) and create designs, grids, and exports based on it (“Output”; together with Input, “Content”). You retain ownership of your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms, and that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use it.
We only use your Content to provide, maintain, and improve the Services — for example, storing your assets and rendering your grids. Designs you create with Gridwow can be used commercially by you, subject to your plan.
Purchases, payments, and refunds
Some parts of the Services require payment, such as the Launch Pack, which is a one-time payment that grants access to Gridwow Studio and the features described at the time of purchase.
When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
If the product does not fit your workflow, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us. We will review each request individually and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Intellectual property
The Services — including the software, interface, branding, and all related intellectual property — are owned by Gridwow or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Services.
Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your use could cause risk or harm to Gridwow, our users, or others. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to export your Content.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties (express, implied, statutory, or otherwise) with respect to the Services, and we disclaim all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Gridwow nor its suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the Services or to the law. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
